1. This is freaky- pic on the right shows my MG midget that I just bought from the guy whose Silver XJ8 and red MGB are in the foreground. Also in the picture you can see my Silver XJ8 VDP in the background. He has TR3 in his garage which you can't see. At my house I have a STAG in my garage. Freaky!

2. More pics to come as I restore the little 1976 Midget that I bought to recapture the fun I had with my 1975 Midget when I was going to Old Dominion University in Norfolk VA. I'm older, fatter now...I hope I can fit behind the steering wheel. At least the Jag and the STAG have tilt steering......

3. Ok 4 months later- electrics, brakes, clutch, new interior, and paint job done. "Daisy" passed smog 2 Jul 08 with flying colors and I spent the day tooling around San Diego getting excessive sun exposure and 40 MPG. Oh yeah- since I bought the little MG I've lost 31 lbs so I can fit in easily now. If you watch the Britcom "Keeping up Appearances" you'll understand that Daisy is my MG Midget (inexpensive), Rose is my Triumph Stag (fast and a mess) and my XJ8 VDP is Hyacinth.

4. 6 Jul 08- new Kangol seat belts and electric radio antenna (aerial) installed today.
