Black 01 R/T in progress--Now with 20" R/T rims

Just as a little intro to my ride- I bought my D about a year ago and being a college student, mods are expensive and the process of making the changes I want is a slow and painful one. Im pretty happy with where I'm at so far though, and have a pretty set plan for what I wanna do moving on..Im going for more of a street look with my truck which some people disagree with but I dont really care what anyone thinks about it cause I know its what I prefer and what I think looks better so yeah..Well enough bullshit here's what we got to work with..I started out by knocking out your basic performance mods (exhaust, intake, chip etc.) and I gotta say with what I've done so far I notice a pretty impressive kick..Im not planning on going too far over the top with any aspect of the car and that applies to my engine/performance mods too I suppose..Im hoping to add an M1 intake manifold in the spring to add to what I've already got but beyond that I dont see myself digging any deeper to make any more drastic changes lookin for more power.Im basically just trying to get a clean looking, quick truck without doing anything too crazy..Im planning on redoing my paint job and putting a new coat of black over what Ive got now to go with rims and a set of low pro tires. (rims are pissing me off I cant find anything I truely like and its taking me a while to figure out what I wanna do about it-size, material, style)..On top of that I just finished my sound system and I gotta say Im pretty happy with it, too. Ill be adding more pictures as I get em and hopefully Ill be able to scratch the rest of the stuff of my list of future mods by the time summer rolls around..Check back in to see how it works out..
