My Ma had a fifth gen El Camino when I was a kid and for such and such reasons was forced to sell it some time in the 80's. Well, she's always wanted another one, ever more so since I've acquired my two Camino's. So we've been talking about gettin her a new Camino.
A short time later a friend of mine found himself in that all too familiar situation....and is forced to sell his Camino.
So, my ma bought it, I'm rebuilding it, and she is funding the project. Cool.
79 El Camino. Whole new front suspension installed. All new rear suspension parts came with. 350 Motor pulled and dismantled. 350Trans removed. Whole front clip off. Body looks good, minor rust and bondo, interior floor boards good. All in all it looks great.

Put up a 10'x8' shed for all the additional parts.
