I don't have msn. www.celica-gts.com/forums, join this forum and you can PM me there. also lots of good information on there. If you do join, introduce yourself and then search for answers to your questions before starting a new thread. just a little help.

I don't have the pistons yet, kinda the reason why the car is still sitting without a motor still. The pistons I will be buying are from LCEngineering.com, they are in stock and ready to ship but they will be about $600 shipped. I have 3 project cars right now so I kinda bounce back an forth between the 3. LC is probably the only company that has forged pistons that you don't have to wait for months to have them custom made, like JE pistons.

I have forged pistons, oversized valves, brand new head, 265 dur cam, front mount intercooler, turbo xs RFL BOV. You can run cast pistons but would be very limited on boost, about 10lbs. maybe.

Not sure where you are reading about a turbo not fitting, I know guys that have stock CT20 turbo's to GT28R ball bearing turbo's. I suppose if you have a custom top mount manifold you might have hood clearance. I have a factory rebuilt Garret T3 for now with a top mount manifold. There are guys with 7M swaps and even a corvette LS1 swap SR20 to 4AGE motors. plenty of room under the hood.
