Our process consists of; Full polish first, then it's dipped for 2-3 hours of copper, after the copper dip, it's re-polished. After the second polishing its dipped in a nickel solution for an hour, finally its dipped 5-10 mins in chrome (more then enough, its the primary stuff thats important), after that the piece is given a final buff (polish again). This chrome will NOT peel or chip if treated like it should be treated.
