My Truck is a Gold 2000 Explorer Sport. It has the 4.0 SOHC V6. I have removed the running boards (probably close to 150 or so pounds of crap in my book!) and the luggage rack cross beams. I keep all four tires at 40 psi to get as much mileage as possible. Many a foolish "tuner"(usually a bone stock car with exterior upgrades and a fart muffler haha) car has thought I was stock and tried to race me off the line only to be embarassed(I guess they arent aware I have all wheel drive)haha. Its funny because I never try to race anyone but people always want to race the gold SUV with the clean windows and shiney wheels haha. Let me know what you think.

Performance Mods(all work done by myself unless noted)
Custom Spectre intake with a custom made lexan guard and upper guard.
Crankcase breather filter
PowerAide throttle body spacer
Modified throttle body (Shaft and Screw Mod)

Here is a shot taken truck wasnt to clean but hard to tell in this.

The shackles are a set of WP Warriors, I picked them up from www.Telco4x4.com, they are great and are just what I was looking for. The intall is easy given that you have a good floor jack and a good rachet set, in some cases you may need a torch to heat up the bolts but i was able to get mine out no problem, anyway check it out and let me know what you think... - Jake

Nice Explorer man, I just finally added the shackle kit lift that I have been wanting to do on mine forever and got rid of the running boards for good probably, anyway check it out when you get a chance and let me know what you think... - Jake
