Well the Monster took a roll last december and got banged up pretty good, but now its back and meaner than ever. I just put in an Aussie locker in the front, square drive shaft, half doors, bobbed bed 16", new rear bumper, fresh paint with a flame job and just ordered Trail-gear rock defense front bumper(should be sick) other than that the rest remains tried and true.
84 Toyota, it has a rebuilt 22r with a mid range cam, Weber 32/36 carb, LC high volume oil pump and an electric fan for a powerplant. Stock tranny with 4:70 gears in a single T-case. IFS rear axel with welded diff, open in the front with truss, gussets and diff guard, The rear springs are chevy springs up front are All Pro 4".Bilstein 5125 14inchers up front and 12s out back, 33x12.50 Super swampers on Eagle rims and fiberglass fenders for that mean look even though it's mean without them.
Here is what I started with
Here it is on its shake down run
Here are some pics at Prison Hill in Nevada
Check out the new paint let me know what you think
I'll have some action pics pretty soon so check back for some insanity
The ape man likes the half doors
This is in my back yard tryin out the new bumper
The bumper is awesome the stinger slid up the log so the tires could grab and the aussie pulled it to the top like nothin. Can't wait to get on the rocks, I'm goin next Friday to Nevada either Prison Hill or Bronco Canyon check back for some hardcore pics.
Here's the latest pic, just added dual cases and interior roll cage.
