This was my first car, and I have been slowly building it ever since I got it. I have done a ton of suspension mods and recently dropped in a hot little 350.
This car has been built for pure performance. My next step is to throw in a T56 which I already have, and at the same time a stronger rear end.
I have tried hard to do everything myself, but sometimes that just isn't possible, as with the engine build. I lacked the knowledge, the tools, and the work area to build an engine, so I had it built by a local sprint car racer. At one point or another I have had almost everything pulled out of this car except for maybe the transmission.
Anyway, it is fast, handles like a slot car, and gets 18 mpg. I love this thing. It has been incredibly reliable too.
