This is what my truck looked like back in 2002. Before I decided to step it up a bit.
Then I went to SEMA in 2005 and saw a new Mega Cab that I loved so I "borrowed" his paint ideas. Elite Express in North Vancouver did the work. Thanks to Shane and Jason.
It cam
e out looking quite different.
The color is 7 coats of 2005 Lamborgini orange and
2005 Chrysler metal flake black.
The new grill is much meatier than stock. There is a dim orange light within the grill that glow at night. New SRT hood goes with chrome grill and hidden driving lights. You can see a bit of the air compressor behind the grill.
Tail gate painted out with the Mopar logo, the only logo on the truck. Lot's of "What is it"?
Inside is finished with 3 screens, Sirrus, PS2, GPS, DVD and great sound. CompuSTAR alarm with remote start and automatic window package. Thanks to Performance Car Stereo.
Digital on board controls to run the on board air compressor. Up to 12 gallons of compressed air on the truck can be used for air tools and rear airbags. Great for use of air tools as well as rear air bags. 3 batteries on board, including 150 pound D Cell. Thanks to Gerry at Western Bus.
Motor is a 5.9 liter (not Hemi - Thank Chrysler for adding it in 2003). Super Chip, dual exhaust, headers, oversize Baer brakes, and lots more.
North Shore Off Road has done a Procomp 6 inch lift with 35 inch Procomp tires on black rims. Looks way different.
Here are the pictures of the "new" truck. Much more "Redneck".
