I recently bought this truck. Lots of power from the LS1 V8 and I put a nice set of chrome H2 wheels with the original center caps in the middle. The LT285/70R17 BF Goodrich All Terrain KO's ride excellent.
Suspension Maxx Torsion Bar Keys make it sit Level.
Painted the Rear inner fender well with Semi-Black...to match the front. The color of the bed being red, just broke up the color of the side few.
Installed Silver Star's on high beam and Silver Star Ultra's on low beam. Just installed the Painless Performance High Beam Headlight Relay, that turns on all four headlights instead of just two on high-beam mode. The turn signals have the Amber Silver Stars.
This made a BIG difference! Quicker Throttle response and firmer shifts. It corrected the Speed-O for the new tires and wheels as well as better gas mileage.
I needed a good truck for things like this! It's my 85' Rx-7 GT-X . The trailer is getting a winch mounted.
