This is our family "dune bus" The whole idea tarted after a day of pushing pulling and changing plugs on my kids quads outin the Oregon Dunes.So over a beer around the campfire my buddy says "Hey it would be cool if you took n old VW bus and made it into a sand toy to haul your kids around"......So We did just that.
The bus is a 1976 with a stock 2.0 motor and a 5 rib trans.The only motor modification has been a header and a set of KADRONS.The rear tires are 15x15.50 terra tires and it is street legal so we can drive out of the dunes and right into town if we want.It will seat 8 people with seat belts and gets around great out in the sand.THIS BABY IS LOADS OF FUN and I have never seen another like it.
