This is my 1995 Nissan Hardbody 4x4. I bought it with 170,000 miles on it for 800$, and everyone had told me it was beat to shit... apparently people underestimate the Nissan. It now has 250,000 miles on her, and would still be running on the original engine, if i hadnt drove it into a pond and sucked in a crap-load of water.
As you can see it has a Pathfinder front end on it, 33" tires with cut fenders and no lift. Like i previously stated...I recently sucked in a bunch of mud and water into the original vg30e engine. So I swapped in a VG33e longblock instead of another vg30. Vg33e engines came in the early r50 pathfinders/infinity's QX4 as well as d22 frontiers and wd22 Xterras.
This is my daily driver truck, so im not going too crazy with it for now. But when my pink car is finished i will probably set it up a little better. Its a fun truck.
Replacements i've made as well as Changes from its stock form:
+ Front and Rear Diffs from Auto 95' Pathfinder with 4.6 gears...manual trucks came with 4.3 gears.
+ VG33e Engine from Infinity QX4, junkyard transmission from pathfinder,
+ Apexi S-AFC Fuel Controller
+ Numerous addtions of angle iron and welding to support the rusted frame
+ 1995 Pathfinder front end (fenders, hood, grill, bumper, lights)
+ Cut Fenders, no fender flares or liners to allow tires to fit.
+ Idler Arm Brace.
+ Gold Aluminum Rims 15x8, yokohama Geolander MT's 33x12.5 15"
+ EBC Green Front brake pads
+ Rear Disc Brake Conversion from 1995 Nissan Pathfinder LE, + Drum style Ebrake Conversion
+ Ebay Taillights, All red similar to D40 Frontiers.
+ Pacesetter headers to a custom dual exhaust with H-pipe and Magna-flo mufflers

Heres some photos of getting stuck in some clay silt river bed,... Trucks got 236,000miles on it here. Sucked in some sticks and mud into the bellhousing of the tranny, and they got jammed in the clutch... clutch wouldnt close, couldnt get out. :(

Had to get a backhoe, because nobody was gunna get us out when my truck wouldnt even spin a tire due to clutch being submerged and completely burnt out underwater.
Having some fun in the mud in Higganum/Middletown.
