drift50's 1990 Ford Mustang

We took the hood of the car so that we could mount a camera to the strut bar. The footage from the camera was a bit of a disapointment, but the pictures of the car with no hood came out kinda cool.

After seeing about a billion cool cars on cardomain.com I finally figured that it was time to see what all of the commotion is about. I have built my own website for my 1990 Mustang GT at www.drift50.com , but figured that it could not hurt to show the car off here as well. The car is being built up for driftin use and I plan on using it in the 2009 Just Drift: Top Drift Battle! series here in Southern California.

Our Mustang made it into a feature galley done by Larry Chen right here on CarDomain.

Here is a shot of the car leading in Team Tandem at Ziptied All-Start Bash 4.

Since I mostly shoot video of the car, this is one of the few decent pictures that I have of the car in its current form.

I took the car to Formula Drift Irwindale (not on track) and parked next to Dan Pina and Tony Brakohiapa and talked shop for a while.

Here is a cool still of the car at Willow Springs, shortly after my buddy who drifts the car, David, found a tire or two off track.

Here is what the car looked like right after I picked it up. Yes that is snow in the picture, and yes I live in Los Angeles, sometimes is actually does snow here.

While researching drift fox bodys the only to that I can find on the regular, I wud have to say is yours and the state trooper stang. You all are inspiring me to build mine into a drifter. I just picked up my first stang its a fox body 2.3 with about 73k on it, but I have a 4.6 chillin in my garage just waiting for a swap. I have plans for some Trick Flow heads and mos defanitly a suspension upgrade and some gears, but like I said I just got it. Im really likin you breakin the drift scene with a fox body Im excited to see what becomes of it, and good luck if you are tryin to get it Fomula D. Let me know if I can help you get there.
