Bought this one on Jan 24. The origional owner sold the car in 1974 to the 2nd owner. He drove it daily until 1988, when he stopped driving it and began a mild restoration. The mileage at that point was 83,000. After finishing the car it was driven 1,300 miles until the car was left in storage in his garage for 16 years after he died. His nephew sold the car to me. Here is the picture in the ad for the car.
Of course it was snowing the day the car arrived at my house.

Played with a few ideas for wheels, and got the car cleaned up.
I think i'll be going with some corvette rallys with 245/60 on the front and 275/60 on the back with diskbrake center caps. The motor will be coming out for a 355 and th350 with a shift kit in it. Rearend will be the 3.42 posi out of my 76. I'll keep posting pics as i progress. This one will be done for spring.
Here is how she sits as of last weekend. The motor and tranny are out. 355 is ready to go in, just have to throw the shiftkit in the th350 and slap it back together. Still have to swap the rearend and find some wheels. If the weld rears wern't so wide i'd just keep them on it, but they'll rub for sure. Hopefully i will find some i like at a spring swap meet.
