I was lucky enough to finally find two surplus HMMWV's, one NA 6.2 and one super rare A2 upgraded Turbo. I fixed up the 6.2 quickly to running condition and flipped it to restore the 6.5 TD seen in the front.

The 1992 HMMWV was upgraded prior to being marked for demilitarization and is one of a handfull to reach civilian hands (legally) with the military version of the 6.5 turbo diesel and 4l80E automatic transmission with park function. It also has Kevlar floor armor,firewall plate steel armor, recently added deep fording kit and two piece 12 bolt runflat wheels. Also added now are 4 ambulance style high back seats with the driver pedestal, 5 new Goodyear tires, swing away carrier, military installed lift with special overflow shocks, upgraded frame rails and heavy duty half shafts. Luverne brush guard and 4 man top config also installed.

Its VA state registered with a reconstructed 7 digit VIN with only 8,950 original miles.

I also picked up a set of surplus armored doors and hard top that will be added when the new CARC is sprayed. I finally have all the small parts together to make it 100% military again.
