my dad working on my 1979 chevy monza spyder
we picked it up in vancover island and the people said that it was a 305 sbc but when we got home i pulled the motor out and decoded it and the motor was a 1997 350 with 190 bhp and 180 fpt
that is what it looked like when we broght it home the shifter was broken the dash was cracked andthe prevouse owner spray painted the interior the seats are still good and it handes like a dream very low kilks on the car
very soon the car is coming home from the farm and im putting in a 1969 corrvette 327 small block with 350 heads and dam does it look sexy i got a new cam , new edlebrock intake, carb, and valve covers for it . also i got a stage two shift kit for the 3 speed automatic transmission.the transmission is a turbo 350c they only came in the h-body cars.
i was thinking about putting on an imsa body kit but i dont know it i want to get rid of the look of the spyder.
i finally got that sick 1969 corrvette 327 in it but theres been a problem with the pasanger sise header they never seem to want to fit but i made it fit by doing a little bit of work on the inner fender so ya i will be putting more pics up when the car is back from storage again lol...
