This is my 280zx Candy. its a 1980. I inherited her form a friend who died. She is about 80% complete. I recently had the head gasket replaced after a shabby mechanic made a mistake and killed my car for about two months.
I was thinking to lower it about a half inch or so to give it a sleeker profile...

I really should get some light covers... I caught a rock one day and I have a tiny bullet hole in her eye.
The paint looks good on the hood, roof, and passenger side.... It still needs clear coat cause the other side is jacked up.
I really want to get a whale tail on her... but I would have to modify the wiper back there. I really dont want to do that though.

This side was badly repaired with bondo... they should have replaced the whole panel... but I guess they wanted to cut corners. Im trying to find someone to do it right.. that wont dent my pocket too much.
The interior looks okay... it was originally all red... too much for my taste.. so I went with the two tone thing. I am going to get racing seats to raise my ride.. Im short and I sit too low! She still needs an alarm to keep her safe.. and I need to install a stereo. She is not far form being complete. But then again, I still need to get some kind of upolstery in the back half.
How does she look? not bad for a free car!
I will get more pics if anyone would like to see them. I have bosche spark plugs, custom intake with a K&N air filter, and a cherry bomb muffler to give her that bottom she needs. Sign my guest book! Im new here!
