Well after selling my 1987 325is I planned on driving my 1990 325i which is now also sold to a good friend only because I finally found a 1991 318is. It has the one year only m42 engine in a e30 body. The motor only has 35,000 miles on a factory rebuild.
The previous owner put alot of time and energy into this car while it was in his possession. He still has a mint condition e30 M3 so I'm sure he's doing just fine without this 318is.
So far here's what's been done to the car.
Factory paint respray--Recaro seats redone with cloth insert--UUC short throw shifter--White face gauges--4.10 lsd--BBS three piece wheels--Euro plates--Euro front grill(also Euro Ellipsoid lights yet to be installed)--Dinan Exhaust and Chip I still have tons of things I would like to do and I'm probably forgetting somethings but this will do for now. Also forgot I have Intrax springs for it. The same drop I had on my 87 325is. I don't like the totally slammed look and these springs are more comfortable for everyday driving than the H&R springs.
