Thanks for the comments! For the exhaust it was initially held in place by a bracket and a big hose clamp from the muffler shop that put it on, but over time it began to get lower and lower, haha. So I carefully drilled a couple holes in the rear crossmember and attached a pipeclamp with self expanding screws. You can see it in one of my images. It holds the muffler and the exhaust in place really well.
