I bought it stock in November 2005 just before my 19th birthday with 29Xk kms on the clock. It is the desired intercooler model with 10.5psi max boost generating a furious 162hp @ 5100rpm and 181lbft of tree tugging torque at a highish 3900rpm. Drive is transmitted through a 4AT transmission with button operated OD.

suspension wise, it scores larger sway bars from the GLT and gas pressure dampers made by sachs.

The rear diff is of a 3.73 ratio and is currently a one wheel frier.

The ability of this car to power oversteer is amazing, the tail steps out corresponding to the amount of boost currently blowing. Catching it is also easy.

Inside the cabin, a full set of instrument is displayed, including 3-zone boost gauge, voltmeter and oil pressure. All that's lacking is a oil temp and a/f meter that will soon find its way in the waiting pods.

The bad:
rust has taken hold of the spare wheel wells and along the sills and arches which I've taken summers to get rid off. The car also reduced at least 5lbs in the process.

broken seatback, a racing bucket or 850 will replace it.

Current mods:
oil catch can
air box mod with ram air design
hard IC pipe
magnetic drain plug

I still have all of the badging if you would like to buy them, i have the large rear turbo badge as well as a smaller intercooler badge that comes underneath and i have two chrome volvo front fender badges as well as the turbo grill badge. i got my intercooler piping done at forcefed ltd. i think its on production way (the road by the icbc claim center) just over the tracks past fraser hiway by NT machine shop (the other side of the building) (thats where i had all of my machining done, the balencing and blueprinting). forcefed is primarly a mazda rx7 shop they normally have 6 or 7 outside. its a great shop marcus is the owner and their welder is second to none.
on a side note, since my car is forsale id like $4000 as it sits but if you wanted to do a motor and turbo swap plus cash or anythin like that... my last page has a list of mods that ive done to it let me know
