now i know the car had a little rustbut i wasnt aware that it was this bad. in the first pics i have already ground outtherust so that i could get an idea on what i would be needing to do to get it all taken care of.

ok i decided to take a short break after i finished removing the rust. durring my break i decided to take up ad repaint the borders on my 96-97 tails that i will be putting in the car when i finish the body work back there. these tails were origionally black outlined. the boy that owned my wight 93 probe base before me had installed these lights in it and painted the black trim white. im wanting a cleaner look that he had on his so i got stuck having to repaint them to cover up the white.

welp i didnt get started untill late in the day and after finding out that i had more rust to take care of than the one smaller spot between the tails i had to call it a day and get the car put back together so i would be able to drive it the next morning. so i shot a little bit of primer on the areas that i had ground the rust out of. i dont want the bare steel just open and unprotected to rust more. hopefully i will be able to get this taken care of very soon so i can get on with all the other work i have to do on this car.

well lookie lookie. as if im not supprized that my wife took a pic of my old arse working on the car. now guys take note that when your wife has the camra to take pics of your car she will get an unsuspecting pic of you while you are working on it. it just goes to show you that if you want pics of the car and not you that ya should take them yourself.
