This is my 1968 ford f-250 custom cab with a 360 y block 4 speed manual granny gear transmission,4 wheel drive warn hubs. With bf good wrench tiers wrapped around 16 inch American racing stock ford rims. i got the truck in the middle of winter in 2004 and i am the second owner, this is my first truck i learned to drive in or ever owned. I started restoring the truck about the second day i got it, the front core support was completely rotted out so i ordered one up from Washington and began rebuilding the whole front clip. both floor panels needed to be replaced, and since the guy that owned the truck before me mostly had it idling their was a lot of carbon build up in the engine block the carborator needed to be rebuilt, the spark plug wirer's were the originals the coil was rusted its amazing this engine even got spark.there were multiple rust holes one in the front right fender one it the front left fender one on the passenger side door and one on the bed of the truck. i had pictures of the whole restoration but the memory card fried it self 120 photos gone. i plan on restoring the truck again this time from the frame up. This time i will have my ford 460 with cobra jet heads 4 barrel demon carb and rockwells with a 6 inch lift and i will be bringing back the original 2 tone blue on top and pearl white on the bottom. a lot of work but it is worth it.I will keep you updated, if you have any ideas please write back.
