i googled and i understand now....i also went to wikepedia and searched and it lists the models that the 4af engine was installed in and it says "A narrow-valve (22.3) DOHC 16-valve carb-equipped version, the 4A-F, was produced from 1987 through 1990. Output was 96 hp (67 kW) at 6000 rpm and 95 ftlbf (128 Nm) at 3600 rpm. Toyota models that had this engine: Corolla AE92 SR5: FWD Corolla AE92 sedan: FWD Corolla AE92 Break: FWD so thats indeed whats in my car...and hey thanks man...ur help is greatly appreciated.
