The HPTuners program is pretty spendy if you buy it outright, like $400 if I'm not mistaken, but it comes with 8 credits, which is enough to tune 4 cars on average. What I did was I found a buddy of mine with HPTuners and just paid him for the credits ($50 each, requires 2) and we tuned it that way. The gauges weren't that bad of an install. Took a little while the first time because you have to take the dashboard apart, but it wasn't too hard overall.

While I haven't heard anything for or against that particular one, I'd probably go for HPTuners instead. It looks like you have some internal work done, so HPTuners would do you some good. I took my shifts down to .18 with it and they are very firm and solid, great improvement, and HPTuners does everything else as well, so it's a good investment if you want some more performance!
