So I just thought it would be fun to put my R/C car up here. So its not really an Eclipse GSX ( as if you needed to be a genius to figure that one out) but it's a damn fast little R/C and it is belt drive AWD. So kinda sorta GSX. I don't even race it around with this body on it. Its just for show. I put alot of work into it. When I was a Painter at a local Chevrolet body shop we were really slow so i painted it. The "white" is actually a green/purple/blue pearl that you really can't see in any of the pics. And the flames are a simple gun metal color. Its badass.

I've upgraded it from the lowly mechanical speed control to a didgital Super Rooster Reservable speed control. And the stock motor has been upgraded several times. It currently has a Trinity D4. I've got 2 of them. I also have 2 Trinity D3's. I like those motors. Never had a problem with them.

I've upgraded all the brass bearings it came with to a full BallBearing set. wow did that make a difference in speed.

You like my custom Battery Connection??!!! I had to make something like this because it kept melting the factory quick connectors that come with the battery. But this works so much better anyway.

How about those custom SwayBar's! they really made a difference believe it or not.

The sad looking yellow Mercades CLK body that you see is what i use to drive it around. Cuz the Eclipse body is more of a "put it on the shelf and show it" body. Ya, I kinda beat the shit out of it. I had an old Audi A4 body that was in way worse shape. I finally had to chuck it. And as far as the top speed(58mph). I have a buddy with a radar gun. And we messed around with it. It was fun!
