wutz good? shyt im not a tranny expert but last time that happened to me my vaccum valve wasnt connected right its usually located on passenger side of trans and bronze in color.

Nice caprice! Paint color is nice, goes well with the white top and the chrome bumpers. What have you got planed for it? Looks like a good solid car to build on.
