Hi, you asked me last year about the subframe connectors(I know 'puter issues sorry for taking so long to reply) They really helped out, really tightened up the frame in conjunction with the STB. But yes IMHO it did firm up the ride, I am now able to take corners without slowing down (again good rubber helps too), I am pleased with the STB and full length subframe connectors on my Mustang. There are mid length flimsy metal subframe connectors bolted in from the factory, great on paper but don't help out too much.
