2001 Chevy Silverado Work Truck
Any questions, just ask. I'll do my best to get back to ya. Rate me if ya like it, Thanks.
It's what I'd call mildly customized. It has American Racing Nitros on it, a bolt-in bedliner, and a bug shield. Pretty basic, but they make it look a lot better.
The exhaust and engine is stock. We don't know if the engine has been replaced, I know it's a Chevy, but it runs too good for 275,000. Yep, that's right, we got it with 253,000. It was a parts delivery truck for a Chevy dealership in Oklahoma. We bought it in the summer of '05. In four years, they put a quarter of a million miles on it.
I don't have much planned for it. I do need to straighten to rear bumper because it's tilted down and also I have a brake and reverse light out that I need to replace. I would also like to put a chrome bumper on the rear. (came on LS and LT, not Work Truck)
This is our '01 Silverado. It has the 4.8 liter (rebuilt and redone 283. The 5.3 is the rebuilt and redone version of the 327.) It is a fleetside standard bed.
