This is a number matching excellent running example of the XJ6 Sedan. I am only about 40% through the restoration and decided to undertake it since the car' motor, rear and tranny are so strong.

One unique mechanical point I woukd like to bring up is for you to be prepared to drop the rear of the car for any major break work. the rotors and calipers are under the rear. This means that rotors and calipers can cost you anywhere from $900 to $1500 to have done by a shop.
