i'm new on here, i love keeping my truck stock, just nicer than anyone else's stock truck.

i have added the escalade door handles. painted to match tailgate bezel with billet handle to match the door handles. painted to match mirror caps from a tahoe, not sanded and painted. painted to match 2006 front bumpertop, 12,000K HID conversion kit on the headlights and fog lights. T-Rex triple chrome plated mesh grill (this grill is real metal with real chrome, not cheap imitations like the ones on ebay, took me forever to find one like this). GM emblems on the lower front fenders (took them off a rental) 15% tint up front to match factory tint on rear and sunroof. coming soon, escalade EXT roof rack. some people ask why i dont do an escalade conversion......my answer is always "because it's not an escalade." i simply want nicer replacement parts that GM could have added from the factory but never do to avoid costs.

interior upgrades include usspeedo speedometer (i now have the tranny temp gauge). factory navigation headunit with escalade cd changer custom mounted in factory escalade location. parrot hands free bluetooth hooked up to the navi. I just installed two 13.5" JL Shallow subs in a custom sealed box wrapped in grey vynil to match my leather. I have a Planet Audio BB1250.1 running them but will soon change it out to either 2 JL Audio 500/1s or one 1000/1, im waiting for my High Output Alternator to be installed before doing that.

engine upgrades include only a hypertech performance chip, which in my opinion didn't do any difference and if you're planning on adding one.....save your money.

if you have any suggestions on what else i should do, dont hesitate to leave me a comment.

I had 24" Asanti AF128 3pc wheels wrapped in 305/35/24 Khumo tires, rides real smooth. Also added the Denali dash bezel, Denali tilting headrests and Denali passenger leather-wrapped dash handle. I also upgraded my old 12,000K HIDs to 6,000K and they made a huge difference in light output. I still have the 12,000K in the high beams because when i drive to our hunting property i like the 12K to make all the signs and road lines glow.

Jan 2009 - Now I upgraded my 24s to 26" Asanti AF128 3pc wheels wrapped in 305/30/26 Kumhos.....Had to install a Fabtech 2" front lift kit to accomodate the new shoes. Now it sits a bit higher and level with the rear. The new wheels are the same model as the old ones, only 2" bigger.

November 2009 - I just got rid of the shitty Kumhos and got the 305/30/26 Pirelli Scorpion Zero tires....man what a difference! they're alot quieter and smoother. I got rid of the Kumhos because they started to crack on the sidewalls.

This is my 2005 Silverado LT (last LT made before Chevy busted out with LT1, LT2, and LT3.....now everyone thinks they have an LT)

***UPDATED - On 26" Asanti AF128s with 2" front lift/leveling kit***

Yeah some heavy alternators will do a lot. What do you have in that behind the seat that needs more alternators? Finally someone who is striving for SPL in a crewcab like I am... haha and actually knows what they're talking about. Hell yeah bro.

Yeah bro it's all about the box. I have an 8 in that box on my page right now that has an rms of 75w, I'm guessing. I found the 8 in my garage. I'm giving it 200rms and it hits harder than my buddies two JL10w1's on 500w in a probox. lol.

Yeah I install all that stuff. Mainly building enclosure at the moment. I just built a center console enclosure for my friend on here, BlakeD. I'll link you some photos of it when it is all finished and I'll put some interior pictures of my truck with that shifter soon. Should I do clear headlights or paint the housing white? I can't decide bro.
