After talking with the owner and discussing costs, we negotiated a solid deal at which I acquired the car. She is now mine and I am working hard to make this beauty roar again.

No tears, no rips, the upholstrey is a solid A-, with the only issues being the carpet, and the steering wheel. Other than that you cant complain about having great interior.

I got your message, I am going to try a body dolly to hammer it out, but if not I am going to make one at work. I am a fabricator, and also run a metal laser at work. I have built gas tanks before , but only for my motorcycle. I know a car gas tank will be no problem for me to fab. I will not be able to do this until May of this year since all my other project come first. My 61 Ford econoline van, and my 67 dodge a100 pu, are finished. I will send you pic's of the tank when finished, if your still in need at that time I will make you one. All you need is to pay for shipping. I like your 64, Nice ride, I really enjoy my 64 alot, but I don't enjoy wondering if I'll make it to the next gas station , cause the severe dent has enabled to fuel sending unit...
