ENGINE BAY Photos
Punched out to 3.1 liters and all the best forged internals that money can buy go hand in hand with the ported and polished heads, re-ground cams and the Turbonetics TD04 ported 15G turbos. The AEM EMS is being tuned at IPS, Columbus, Ohio in the last week of May and we should be seeing 400 AWHP on 93 pump gas and 450AWHP on 100 race fuel.

Well, that is half right.  IPS got 400 AWHP/450 AWTQ on 93 pump at a conservative 14 psi.  It was 92°F and humid and not conducive to try for more HP, so we'll try again in the spring.  IPS felt from what they saw that 450+ AWHP at 16 psi will be the street tune and around 500 AWHP @ 18 psi on race gas.  This is not running on the ragged edge tuning, but rather a tune that will be strong yet promote longevity for the engine.

sorry about the delay crazy_runner, the right side pillar pod houses the exhaust temp and fuel pressure gauges. The left pod houses the boost and A/F gauges while the 3 center gauges are oil pressure, water temp & oil temp. All are DEFI blackface except the A/F, which is the AEM gauge/wideband controller unit.
