DrTurbo custom tubular manifold. We built this manifold with Schedule-40 carbon steel, using a 4-2-1 design with 20cm primaries and 8cm secondaries; a design rarely seen in a turbo-header. Seems to work extremely well, because we have full-boost by 2,900rpm's in second-gear.
We carefully profiled the turbo flange from the shape at the outlet of the turbine, blending into the 2.5" v-band
Another angle of the oval-to-round shaped turbo flange. Here, the 1/2" steel flange is yet to be surfaced to get it 100% flat.
2.5" mandrelled and TIG-welded custom downpipe with v-band for quick fitment
2" mandrelled #304 intake tubing. We built-up welds around BOV to sand them down; giving the appearance of a single piece once finished; here it's about halfway there..
