hey man, thanks for checkin out my bird. Actually, a V6 sway bar will not fit on a 3 cyl car, because of the way the exhaust is routed. You can either re-route the exhaust to go over the swaybar, like a v6(on a 4 cyl it goes under the sway bar) or you can find a sway bar form a turbo GT sunbird, i'm 99% sure that would bolt right on :)

Hey...During assembly, (@GM) the engine cradle N entire driveline, front and rear R assembled seperate on a carrier. The body is then dropped down over the driveline at what we call marrage line. Each engine has a different cradle that bolts up to the same location on the body. I can't tell U for sure that the swaybars R the same, but They would have the same mounting point on the body N I would assume the same lower a arms for the end mounts. The bigger motor might have a larger diameter swaybar which would B to your advantage in any case, but might require different mounts to the body. In any case use polyurethane bushings for your application N U will notice a huge difference in how it handles. Good luck

Thanks 4 da post. Its an 80 Sunbird..My 1st NEW car N its still has only 28000 on it. The GTO is my resto from racecar project. It has a thumpin 396 (yea a chev in my Pontiac) but that will change down the line. She pulls the front wheels N has 11 sec time slips.
