DrTurbo built GT3076R Seat Leon

Build-up in progress; we will be updating regularly, so come again soon!!

Looking for lot's of top-end power, we used a Garrett GT3076R with a 5-bolt 0.82A/R turbine.

At the turbine exit, the #316 piping expandsfrom the 2.5" turbine outlet through a 3" SS expander a into a v-band. The v-band allows for easy access and quick changes and feeds into a 3" mandrel bent 316SS downpipe. TIG welded

We mounted the turbo on an upward-facing turbo manifold - which allows for great access and even greater bragging rights, but also allows for a much more direct intake.

We built the intake using #316 3" stainless steel and I will be including a bung in the SS tubing for the MAF sensor

We built custom 2.5" Stainless chargepipes, using mandrel elbows which I labouriously hand polished and TIG welded. Yet to decide on BOV and position

Here, the first secion of the downpipe is welded up and ready to go with it's v-band.
