I got some performance plugs and wires from Racing Beat. I also needed to replace the valve cover gasket so I went ahead and painted the valve cover.

Port & Polish work

So far I have P&P'd the Throttle body. There was quite a ridge in it, I wish I would of got a before picture. I also matched the back of the TB to the Intake Manifold and trimmed the gasket.

Next I'm going to start work on the air flow comming from my DDM Work intake. As you can see there is one hell of a ridge. I trimmed the gasket then marked it so I can start on grinding it.

First pic is original 2nd is trimmed gasket and 3rd is trimmed marked and ready to start.

Nice project, coming out great! Definitely look into turbo, NA way too expensive after 140hp on 1.6l.
