I bought my Stratus on Feb 27th 2000 with only 27,000 miles on her. She is a base SE with a 2.4L DOHC engine. Here are some shots of her the day I brought her home. Paid $12,500 for her.


Little did I know that she was soon to undergo a transformation that has evolved over the last 8 years and is still far from being done.

Some basic stats on the 1999 Dodge Stratus:

Valve System: DOHC, 16 valves, stamped steel rocker arms w/roller followers, hydraulic lash adjusters
