This engine doesn't sacrifice power or durability with its four-bolt main block, nodular iron crankshaft, PM steel connecting rods, and cast aluminum pistons. Add to the strong foundation a pair of cast iron Vortec 64cc cylinder heads with 1.94'' intake and 1.50'' exhaust valves, yielding a healthy but streetable 9.1:1 compression ratio (ideal for muscle cars and street rods). The camshaft is a modern dual pattern interpretation of the 1965-67 Corvette 327 cam with more exhaust lift/duration for improved combustion chamber clearance and less intake lift/duration for more cylinder pressure.

330 HP @ 5000 RPM
380 ft/lbs torque @ 3800 RPM (Max Recommended RPM: 5500)
Compression Ratio: 9.1:1
Cast Iron 4-Bolt Block with One-Piece Rear Main Seal
Nodular Cast Iron Crankshaft
Cast Aluminum Pistons
PM Steel Connecting Rods
Cast Iron Vortec 64cc Cylinder Heads (1.94" Int/1.50" Exh valves)
Chrome valve covers
Dual Pattern Cam (Lift: .435" Int/.460" Exh, Duration @ .050": 212 Int/222 Exh)
1.5 Ratio Rocker Arms
Recommended spark plug: Accel #111-516 or any with 14mm, .708'' reach, 5/8'' hex, tapered seat, projected tip
Chrome timing cover
Oil dipstick on right side
Note: Intake and exhaust manifolds, distributor, flexplate, damper, and water pump not included

Thanks for the comment. You got a nice ride yourself. My plans are just to make it fast now. I have no idea when that will happen lol, but that's what I want to do. What other exterior plans you got for your car?

Your car looks pretty nice, paint the headlight buckets black and that would really set it off. Thanks for your nice comments on my car. Hopefully I can get a V8 in it before the end of next summer.
