First start in the 2 door.

BAD NEWS! I messed it up bad. I blew the head gasket under 12psi of boost. Lost all compression in #4. Still runs and drives like champ. But I already ripped it all back apart. I had to sell the turbo setup for money.
Update: Found out it was a cracked piston.

Here is a few pics of how it is. I will have it done in a week or so.

Okay Here is the new update. After deciding it was the lower end of the engine bad. (spending $100 on the head gasket and bolts). SO I took it out running on 3 cylinders shooting coolant out and got up on it with no turbo. It was still fast. Well I need to find a new lower end because my spare engine turned out to be to worn out. The positive side is that I sold my turbo parts so I stocked up on lots of new n/a parts. Here is a list
Port polished head
Magnum Cam
Magnum valve springs
Mopar ECU
10.3:1 compression pistons
Indy intake manifold with 2nd gen throttle body
Carbon fiber exhaust. Yea thats right. Its really really light.
High flow cat
Heat sheilds
New kyb GR-2 struts
Eibach Pro series lowering springs
Unorthodox under drive pulley
Plus alot more that I cant remember :-).

IT IS FINALLY DONE. Here it is. Fresh new engine. I drove it over 3 hours the first day it was done. Runs Great! I will have videos up soon. Its for sale.

Sweet ride!! That's what neon's are all about. Anyone who thinks a neon is slow hasn't seen what a fire breathing beast they can become. I'm running a 2.0 SOHC srt-4 turbo setup, check it out.
