1996 Chevolet Tahoe - 2Door LT 4x4
This was my first daily driver vehicle. It was setup for inexpensive street and competition use. Sponsored by MA Audio (subs only) for SPL competition usage. It's simple but serves its duties well by providing accurate SQ and pouding SPL. It also had StreetGlow GOLD Line underbody neon lighting inside and out and headlight strobes that you won't see. To start it off right, here are my doors. They are modified with DynaMat, a DEI Window Module, MonsterCable and Sealed Enclosures to hold my MB Quart Q Series QM218.61 6.5" Component set perfectly in factory position. I like a little stealth action in the front of the cab!
Here you can see the Sony mobileES CDX-C90 CD-Receiver along with the Alpine ERE-G180 Subwoofer Processor. Below the air controls you can see the Dakota Digital Amp Current Draw and System Voltage meters, to the left of all this you can see the Varad SuperBlue LED and DEI Pager module controls for the Viper Security System.
Notice the 2 factory speaker locations, in there are MB Quart QM215.61 5 3/4" Component Set. How did I fit it in a location for Delco 4x10s? Lots of Refabrication, DynaMat, Fibreglass and time. But it keeps my stealth look and still has sound imaging by aiming the speakers forward :o) Gotta love a good rear-fill.
