PREVIOUS HACKS BACK IN THE SPRING
Finally started aquiring the new hacks for my 986. New AWESOME "twin" wing combo, rear de-ambered lights w/ silver painted bulbs, rear diffusers, color matched eyelid covers and H&R lowering springs. Headers and exhaust are on the way as well. Hopefully I can find a way to pull off a TURBO somehow in the near future as well.
CUSTOM DIY SIDE BLINKERS
I also purchased 2 OEM Porsche Mini Crests and cut out plexi backs and created custom side blinkers with Blue LED lights.
CHROME BULB KIT
Yesterday I threw in a full all around set of "Chrome" light bulbs to enhance the de-ambered look of the car. Its all in the small touches.
SIDE MARKERS
REAR LIGHTS
Front lenses are now smoked to de-amber and the color matched covers were added.
TWIN WING SYSTEM
I added the Turbo Wing to the Stock pop up spoiler mechanism and installed the second Wing on the rear trunk lid. When it comes up at 70 MPH, they mesh nicely together adding extra downforce.....and a great look standing still. I also removed the Bumperettes for a more Euro look. Looks much cleaner to me.

SUSPENSION HACKS
I installed a new set of H&R Lowering Springs to drop the car a full inch all around. I also installed a set of adjustable toe bars in the rear to get my "toe" dead zero as close to stock as possible. What a difference.
AERODYNAMICS
I finally got my diffusers painted and I just installed them tonite (5.2.08) Man I love that look......
