The floor and stringer was rotted out bad. So out with the old and in with the new!
All the rotten balsa out the new core was made up of 2 x 6" cut to 1/2" and resigned into place. I smoothed it all out with bondo and sanded it smooth. I then layed fiberglass cloth over it all and started building the new bulkheads and stringers.

Faria gauges complete with 80 mph speedo, tach with digital hour meter, fuel, trim, oil, temp, volt gauges. Also added is a digital faria depth gauge.
