Recently I have installed a Mopar Performance ECU which nets gains of 20-30hp and 20-30ft/lbs of tq. Also an AEM intake, custom cat-back exhaust with 2.5" piping to a 3" tip, A Kevins Heavy Duty Radiator Support with tow points, and new headlights with clear corner lenses and I picked up a 5.9L grille and some 5.9L Hood Vents.

I bought a TJ gas door bezel and modified it to fit my Jeep
here is a shot of the new front end of my Jeep with Kevins Radiator Support w/ my bumper trimmed to fit it, new headlights, clear corners, and new header panel
