Current Thoughts
I'm pretty much working on getting all my problems solved as of now. working on getting my edfc, boost controller, turbo timer mounting plate made. Which i had down at a friends metal shop and they had a fire so i lost my brand new radio, radio bezel, 12volt jack, ashtray which was getting removed anyway for my turbo timer and boost controller but anyway that has set me back. Starting to hunt down new parts for that. Getting my catch cans mounting plate made, which the plate is almost done. Been having misfiring problems under boost shortly after putting in the new turbo set-up. So orderd up a new set of splitfire coils about a month ago, they still haven't showed up which is starting to piss me off ahhh (Update: just checked my email and they just shipped them so should be here by the end of the week, about time!!). Gotta finish my stereo system and battery relocation, which is really close to being done, need a new ground cable to finish that lol. Also just got my launch control and shift light. Probably will have my windows tinted to 55% yet this year and thinking of an 2way L.S.D. since i got everything else i need for that. That's pretty much what's on my mind as of now. Pictures to come on that stuff as i get it done.
^going to the rb25 the tach and speedo were now wrong so I had a friend make this mounting plate for me, I painted the plate black for now, I'll more then likely have carbon fiber layed on it after I decide where I'm putting
a shift light^
^here's my quest alternator upgrade. the bracket on the bottom left of the left picture is the bracket i had to have made to do this. this aloud me to use the stock adjuster and belt, had to drill out the lower bolt holes and get a longer bolt. also had to do some griding on the alternator to keep it from hitting engine mounting point. with out doing so i couldn't slide the bolt all the way through, did some grinding also on the bolt shim. volts before upgrade was about 11.9 under idie and now about 13.8^
^Here's my system i'm putting in, haven't got around to doing that yet^
^Here's four pics of when i bought it back in may 2007^
