Stuff Happening:

December 17th, 2007:
Purchased the vehicle! Had a friend of mine that knows the manager at the local dealer to help me out with a great price and am now the proud owner of a new Sonata! nice-

January 2nd, 2008:
Ordered the grille and badging for the car today. Am not too thrilled with all the badging on the trunk so I will be taking it all off once the new stuff comes in. As for the grille, I just dont like having a HUGE "H" on the front of the car, so that will be changed out.

January 21st, 2008:
Dropped the car off for tint today. Had tint from SolarGard put on the car. The installation was done really well, but I was a little disappointed in the darkness. I could only go as low as CO state law allows, which is pretty pathetic. I do like the tint and the quality of the install, but I really wish it had been darker.

January 27th, 2008:
Got the grille and badging in. I spent most of the afternoon spraying the badging on the trunk with Googone and sliding dental floss around the lettering to get it removed. In the end, I took all of the stuff of the trunk, Hyundai, Sonata, V6, and Limited, along with changing out the center badge. I have detailed instructions on de-badging a vehicle on page 6.

The grille was sent up to a friend in Denver to have it painted, only cost me $50 to get it the Sonata ebony black high gloss. I added the badging to the old grill just in case I wanted to use it during winter, and then changed out the grill anyway just to see how the new Roadruns one looked. It definitely gives the car a much different look. Pics for the grille are on page 5, and I will be adding some instructions to the page as well just for fun.

More updates to come as I change out other things! Thanks for stoppin by.

Nice looking Sonata there. Never used Seoulfulracing before, but they seem to look legit.

Yo, very nice work. Im glad to see that there are other's with Sonata's doing good work on them. Check out my page. For the exhaust, I think it's worth it. I currently have the stock mufflers removed, with the resonator, and it sounds mean. Im removing the resonator, and installing Flowmasters. believe me, It will be sick. let me know what u find out about the intake. Ive got an 06 V6
