Mods to be done shortly:
Looking to get a new set of heads and cams for the car nest winter. Perhaps the new Trickflows or Livernios.... but for now, just some MT ET Street Radials. 305/35/18's. A driveshaft loop and perhaps a new set of aluminum valve covers.
Jan5/08: Have an appointment to get the Steeda full length Sub-frame connectors welded in. Also getting the battle boxes re-inforced. Will let you guys know how it goes and if I feel a difference on launch.
Jan. 7/08: I picked up some 3.73 gears today, FRPP. Looking forward to getting them installed now and see how she runs.
Jan. 10/08: The Car is in the shop getting the gears put in, we decided to basically rebuild the whole rear-end just so every thing is new, to be on the safe side for future HP mods. We are also finally doing the Sub-Frames, got delayed a couple days on these because of recieving the wrong braces. Should be quite the change when we're done!!
Jan.11/08: Got the car out of the shop tonight, set up the programming again in the Preditor, and my mechanic Kyle, of Billy's Mustang re-tuned the car again to squeeze out a few more pony's!! Only drove the car home, and have to "break in " the gears before I can play any, but I could tell the differene in the shifts and how stiff the car now feels with the Subframes welded in. Will give a better update when I drive "Ratchet" some more. First impression is real good though.
Jan.19/08: Finally got my Mach 1 tail-lights today and put them in, what a difference, looks much better without the Altezzas on there. Also picked up some Koni Yellow adjustable shocks/struts for it. Hopefully be putting in the shocks/struts in the near future.
Jan.22/08:I was able to get out of the garage to take a couple better pics with the Mach 1 tail lights in, looks much better now me thinks, here they are!! LOL
Jan.23/08: I got cut off by a friggen ricer and my back GT wheel hit a curb. That rim is gonna need a fair amount of work. But should have it back in a week or 2. At that point I'll put in the new Koni Adjustable shocks and struts, and some new racing application u-joints. I figure already I did everything else down there, might as well do that to!!
Jan. 27/08: Worked on the Stang a bit this morning, taking off the door stripping. Took a while to get all the freakin tape off, but it turned out good and looks much cleaner now.
Feb. 12 /08: The Koni Shocks and Struts were installed today. For now we Have them set fairly sof in the back and pretty stiff up front. But I will be fine tuning them as time goes, and when I actually drive the car more frequently. So far so good, made a real nice change already. Also changed the U-joints and put on a new passenger side ground effect that was a bit scratched from the previuos owner. She's all coming together.
Feb.20/08: Decided to take apart my interior and redo all the trim peices, the instrument custer bezal and the trim peices in the door panel. They had some scratches in them and I didn't really like the charcol color. So I did them in a satin black graphite color. I think they look good so far, but we'll see what they look like when everything is put back together in the car. For pics of these, go to page 3.
Mar.6/08:Got bored with not being able to do much to the car so after 6 hrs of prepping, and 2 hrs. of painting the valve covers and CAI are completed. The pics of these are on page 3.
Mar.11/08:Just ordered the Accufab Throttle body and Plenum. Can't wait to throw that thing of beauty on there.... to match it, I picked up the UPR Intake spacer as well.
Mar.15/08: Got bored yesterday after work. So I did some more detaiing work to the engine bay. Polished up the thermostat housing, and painted a couple other peices just so they would look new and cleaned the fire mat up under the engine hood.
Apr. 12/08: Had a decent sized cruise this today with about 20 other real nice Stangs. It was a real blast, ran some nice winding country roads and got to see how my car stands up agianst some other Stangs. Found out it stands up pretty good. Took an 04 Mach 1 by a couple or more cars and a nice Fox body by about 6-8 cars. Was real nice to see how "Ratchet" hooked up and felt real strong. All in all, an awseome day. I love my car.
Apr.26/08: Picked up some more parts this morning, My caliper kit and some adjustable upper rear control arms. After that, went on a nice cruise through the mountains with about 20 other Mustangs. There are a couple pics from it on page 2.
May 12/08:Put the summer insurance on "Ratchet" today. YEAH!!! Now I can drive my pride and joy whenever I want. Also finally got my Baer rotors on order so now I just have to wait for them to come in. The pads and cobra calipers are already sitting on my dining room floor. The steel braided brake lines are still on order as well.
May 26/08:Still waiting on the brake rotors and steel braided lines. But also put the aluminum driveshaft on order today, the drivshaft loop will be ordered tommorrow as I forgot to do it today....
June 7/08:Got the FRPP Aluminum Driveshaft, Steeda Underdrives and the chin spoiler today and headed over to the shop. After helped out with the installation of an exhaust system we got my car up on the hoist and got everything installed. I gotta say, that is quite the combo. I am likin the driveshaft and Underdrives. No vibration in the drivetrain and the car pulls better at higher rpm. I can also get the car sideways through second now. Hehehe.
June 10/08: I had a trunk lid in paint for the last little while, but it is now painted and on the car. No more wing for "Ratchet" for the time being anyways.
June 16/08: Installed the Edlebrock adjustable upper control arms tonight, they went in real nice and felt good on the test drive. I'll get a little more aggrasive on a couple launch's tomorrow and see how they feel.
June 30/08: Installed the Redline Tuning Quicklift Elite hood strut kit. Works real nice and looks awesome as well being that I got the Stainless Steel hood struts. Also installed a bunch of engine dress up stuff and painted a bunch of nuts, bolts and clips. Cleanin it up a bit at a time.
Aug 9/08: Ordered a new CAI. The JLT Performance unit, and while I was at it I put an order in on a Raptor LED shift light as well. I think I'll put this in the air vent for a nice stealthy install.
Aug 18/08: Got the car out of the shop with the new Clutch (centerforce Dual Friction) firewall adjuster, cable and quadrant and the Cobra Brake upgrade with the Baer 13" rotors. Then proceeded to take "Ratchet" out on a nice 3000km road trip down to Cali and back to brake everything in. The clutch and the brakes are awesome.

Aug 22/08: Have the car in at the shop again for the installation of the Raptor Shift light, JLT CAI and a TA Performance Rear end Girdle.
Sept 13-14/08: It was Mega Ford weekend at Mission in BC Canada. Got out there and had my first run on Saturday, smoke'd em up as the track was not prepped at all to a 14.1 at 101. AS I wa going up for my second run, the drivers side window motor siezed and I could not run for the rest of the day. Sunday I got 6 runs in that were all pretty consistant between 13.80 and 13.98. There is more in the car though, MPH wise as well. I only got a 102.46 out of it, but I was granny shifting and not hitting my shift points. Now I have all winter to think about it. Dammit. Anyhow look for a video on page 2.
Dec.30/08: Decided that I needed to do some cleaning/polishing and detailing to teh car so over the next 3 days I went over the whole underside of he car, redid the rockguard in the wheel wells and polished up the exhaust to get a bit more shine out of it.
