Alright since the interior came factory with the work truck edition silverado it was very plain, bland, and down right boring. Also since it belonged to an owner before who really seemed not to care about the truck it was very raggy. The steering wheel looked like a dog was chewing on it so I replaced it with a factory one. The stick shifter knob had completely vanished, and was replaced with a rusty tire iron mounted into the stick (no bullshit). The dome light was missing so I replaced it, and there was and attempt at painting the dash which was just embarassing. The floor had a Work Truck plastic mat as the carpet so I pulled it out and installed a pro line direct factory replacement Charcoal carpet, worked great. While I was at it I put a Hurst polished aluminum trim shifter boot and an aluminum shifter knob. I pulled out the top and face of the dash, steering column cover, and A pillars smoothed it and had it painted to match exterior paint. A Nu Image blue flame face guages with a polished billet aluminum overlay was installed, then a polished aluminum dash kit by Empire was installed. For shows I usually rock these diamond plate aluminum floor mats. The door panels feature Rockford Fosgate mids and tweeters, and Eclipse woofers. Right now the interior has been pretty ignored custom wise but I tried to spice things up a little.

This is the new interior pics. I got the door armrests, dash grabhandle, headliner, and sunvisors all wrapped in Ostrich skin. The armrests and grab handle are stiched together using a matching blue thread for a little extra detail. While it was all out, I painted the headliner grab handle to match the dash. All in all I am very happy with the way it all turned out, and I can't wait to get my seats done to match. These pics didn't turn out too great but the weather is very bland outside so I didn't have much sunlight. I will put up some better ones as my time permits.

This has been one of my favirote upgrades so far. Smoothing and painting of the dash brings a lot of color to the interior and looks pretty slick. I plan on doing ALL the interior plastics, when the truck is not my daily driver. I have had this dash done for a while and now that the paint has completely cured I need to polish it up pretty good. I have it out right now so that I can replace the A pillar minus the extinguisher, and smoothing and painting the passenger side air bag. A pioneer 5.8 inch touch screen has been custom mounted, a milled and polished billet rear view mirror slid into place, as well as a custom Bud-Light steel bottle for a shift knob. I was surprised at how well it blended in ha ha ha. Once the truck is body dropped look for a custom fiberglass sub box between my freshly upholstered bucket seats. But all in good time.

Before the smoothing of the dash, the face was sprayed with blue vinyl paint by previous owner. This had to go!!!! To the right you will notice my blue flame guages with billet overlay, and digital guages with analog controls for air ride in the bottom right corner.
