Thank you for checking out my Silverado. I have had the truck since Nov. 1 2007 and when I purchased it, it was in rough condition especially to be an 03, so many parts I have replaced have been to restore it to it's stock condition. I have spent countless hours on this truck while driving it on a daily basis, not an easy task! . Everything you see here excluding the Air Ride and window tinting was performed by me, my stepfather, brother Mike, and good friend Ranferi, they are a very talented group. This is no where close to being the finished product, but it is what I have accomplished so far, feel free to leave comments, ratings, and hit up my poll if you got time before you leave my page thank you.
This is my car clubs full length sticker in blue chrome over the mirror tint. I have 20% blue tint with a layer of 20% mirror tint then a final layer of 20% black to give it this affect. We are ILLEGAL IMAGE KUSTOMS and you can check us out on myspace for pics of my crews projects.
Basic exterior mods: (stocks have been installed with a line of fire third brake light, go to carshow pics to see the new look), Halo Projector Headlights(stocks now installed and I will be customizing them soon...), Clear turn signal lamps, Precision Stainless Steele wire mesh grille inserts (highly recommend this item), Billet Bowtie grille emblem, Chrome door handles with painted buckets, Chrome lockable fuel door, Flushmount retractable bed cover, 20% blue window tint on door windows, tint on the back glass affect is explained above, 20"inch Boss Motorsport wheels wrapped in Lexani rubber. This WAS a bone stock work truck edition Silverado, so all moldings and badges were removed, the grille was replaced with a paintable one, the airdam was smoothed and painted, with custom made grille inserts in the fog light holes, the OE chrome bumper was replaced because it had a big dent in the dead center when I picked up the truck, the mirrors were painted, the plastic on the rear bumper was painted, the tailgate was badly scratched so I decided to remove the cap off the top weld in the cap holes and shave the tailgate handle using a Sir Michaels tailgate relocater kit. This is all mild work, the MAJOR mods will be performed when I get to the repainting stage on my project. Plans are to fully shave and mold everything possible for an extra clean surface.
(8)3/8 inch big red valves, (1)480 air compressor, (1)5 gallon tank, (1)Analog controller with (2)wireless keychain remotes, Digital guages (reading the four bag pressures individually), Strong Arm lower control arms, Parallel 4 link, pneumatic shocks all the way around, 3 inch c notch in frame ALL manufactured by Air Ride Technologies and professionally installed, Gives me this layed out stance planting the frame flat on the ground. The current plan that is my main focus at this point is to Channel the truck to lay the rocker panels flat on the ground with a set of 22s tucking nicely into the fenders. Once the truck is no longer my daily I will have a much larger set of wheels tucking but now the main focus is to have it body-dropped! Its a lotta dam work, but I been workin...
Park lights are the Halos.
Nice sunny fall day, so I laid it out in my drive way for a quick pic.
