The engine electronics are 2001 Cobra. I bought a new engine harness and PCM harness from a guy on a forum. I just hated to cut up that new harness, but I decided that it had to be done.  I integrated the 01 wiring with the original 65 under-dash wiring (most of which was replaced with new wire). It was a huge job - primarily trying to trace down every circuit in the 01 wiring harnesses to see what I needed and didn't and where to match it up with the 65 wiring. If I were doing it over, I would have gone with a Telorvek/Detail Zone harness. I spent about as much money and much more time on this. I wired in an emergency flasher circuit (an option on 65s) and a third brake light as well.

All the engine bay wiring runs down the passenger side andis pretty well hidden.

All the fuses and relays are in the glovebox.  The OBD2 connector is also on the panel (for programming the ECM with Sniper tuning software).

Instruments are AutoMeter Ultra-Lite in a 66 Mustang panel. I cut out the bezels and flush mounted the gauges. The tach and boost gauge go in a Shelby dash pod.

Greg, the car and the work you have done is excellent. Actually it's inspired me to try to put a 4.6 in my 66 Vert.
