Here are some details. I made a transmission cross-member from 3/4" rectangular tubing. It is gull-winged to make room for the exhaust pipes. The 06 Mustang GT transmission hangs about 2" lower than the original. You can just make out the aluminum Steeda Tri-Ax shifter.

The 06 Mustang GT drive shaft was lengthened 2 1/2" inches and has a center carrier bearing and CV joints. I made a cross-member for it with 1" rectangular tubing. It is attached to the tunnel at the back of the seat risers. I originally had a straight crossmember made of 3/4" rectangular tubing but it would have put the exhaust pipes 1" lower and they will be low enough as it is.

I am using a Griffin 24" X 19" aluminum radiator. I found a 95 Taurus 2-speed fan at the salvage yard and it mounts very nicely and covers all but the bottom 2" of the radiator. This fan blows like a hurricane, and at $35 it's a great buy (and looks almost factory from the top).
